The information will be shared with the responsible parties engaged in the processing activities and retained for as long as necessary for the administrative and orderly management of the courses. The information won't be shared with or distributed to any other outside parties. The data subject may exercise the rights listed in Article 15 and following EU Regulation 2016/679 at the data controller (deletion, correction, objection to processing, etc.). GRUPPO FABBRO TEPEDINO LTD, with a UK address at 71-75, Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, is the data controller. The Marketing and Communications Manager, a subordinate of the Data Controller, is the Data Protection Officer. By signing this document, the Participant grants permission for the gathering and processing of his or her personal data under EU Regulation 2016/679's requirements and for the reasons specified therein.
