Interpretation

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to Altaluxa Group LTD ( 71-75, Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, UNITED KINGDOM) and the brand associated "Fabernet." for the Application development. 

Country refers to: United Kingdom

Device means any device that can access the Service such as a computer, a cellphone or a digital tablet or television. 

Service or Services refers to the Mobile Application or the Website Application or both.

Service Provider means any natural or legal person who processes the data on behalf of the Company. It refers to third-party companies or individuals employed by the Company to facilitate the Service, to provide the Service on behalf of the Company, to perform services related to the Service or to assist the Company in analyzing how the Service is used.

Third-party Social Media Service refers to any website or any social network website through which a User can log in or create an account to use the Service.

Usage Data refers to data collected automatically, either generated by the use of the Service or from the Service infrastructure itself (for example, the duration of a page visit).

Website or App refers to Creating Aurum, Aurum Platform, Aurum App or Aurum Project accessible from https://aurum.mykajabi.com/, https://creatingaurum.com/ and Google Play.

Terms & Conditions

In accordance with EU Regulation 2016/679, the information gathered will be processed using both automated and manual methods for the purposes of managing participants' participation in the training course that is the subject of this contract and complying with legal requirements. The information will be shared with the responsible parties engaged in the processing activities and retained for as long as necessary for the administrative and orderly management of the courses. The information won't be shared with or distributed to any other outside parties. The data subject may exercise the rights listed in Article 15 and following EU Regulation 2016/679 at the data controller (deletion, correction, objection to processing, etc.). The Company (Altaluxa Group LTD, with a UK address at 71-75, Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ), is the data controller. The Marketing and Communications Manager, a subordinate of the Data Controller, is the Data Protection Officer. By using our services the Participant grants permission for the gathering and processing of his or her personal data under EU Regulation 2016/679's requirements and for the reasons specified therein.

The Application has the sole function of integrating into a simple and intuitive interface, the links at the platforms necessary to start copy trading for those who use or want to use FPMarkets and MetaTrader 4; it also allows you to copy-trade  (using "Social trading" function in the FPMarkets portal) the strategies of ATS (automatictradingsolution.com) or to analyze the general trend of the strategies proposed by ATS, but not limited, through the use of the MyFxBook.com portal link. You can also take free courses and purchase courses and services related to education.
Although the Application is been developed to simplify the experience of users interested in starting copy-trading based on ATS (Automatic Trading Solutions) strategies running on FPMarkets and MetaTrader 4, it does not bind the user in any way as also force the use of the aforementioned strategies, leaving you the total freedom to use the Application as a link page to help you connect with FPMarkets and Metatrader 4 platforms to manage your trading and copy-trading activities in a totally autonomous and independent way.
The Application has the sole function of enclosing the links to the aforementioned platforms and does not carry out any direct or indirect trading activities, manage them on its own or on behalf of third parties or save any data relating to your activities on these portals.
